ok, that's fine, but if you remember AC being on the board, and his history with Tundra, I have a feeling that their last choice would be an outright sale, given the long term prospects of POET (ie. quantum computing).

You could be right, and I'm sure the price would be significant, but cash for life sounds so nice. Given the choice I would rather not have to learn about the acquiring company and find out what their motives/intentions are with our technology. I bet Dr. Taylor knows exactly where this thing should go, and apparently, he doesn't need anyone big to inform him how to do it.

Either way, I think we'll both be happy...
