I have a theory I wanted to share, but for the sake of privacy I'll substitute people's names with fictitous ones......Here goes;

My friend Schmairchij seemed to think someone was accumulating shares lately, at first I didn't agree, but after watching the trading, especially the last few closes....something has occurred to me.

Say I was a big shot with a big successful company....let's call it Winepee. Say this big shot who goes by the name of Schmeldon had friends who wanted to buy in on a company he already owned millions and millions of shares of, but they were unable to get in on the pp and there was a total lack of shares for sale on the open market. They didn't want to chase the ask all the way up to gawd knows where......so they asked Schmeldon if he could help.

"Heck sure!!" Schmeldon said. "See what I'll do is, I'll scare the crap out of the weeny little retailers and start dumping into those anoerexic bids". "When they see the selling, they'll run for the hills and when they find out it's me....they'll really start to unload!"

"That way, all my buddies can load up with a million plus shares that previously weren't even available!" "The best part is, it'll be at a 25% reduced price to what it was trading at!"

....................What do you think folks?.................Crazy?
