Probably. Look at it this way, we all know (or feel like) if TD weren't selling for so long now we could easily be between 1 and 2 bucks. They could easily be doing the same thing at a buck and making twice the money. But they're not. Why aren't they?
Only reasonable answer is they are picking up lots of cheap shares or they have lots of shares and have an agenda. An agenda to keep the price low and under control for as long as possible....Why? Who knows, but we can spectulate....
Anyone have a better reason??????
