Could it be someone new?

I'm not sure about the order of things, but could it be possible that a newly minted insider other than SI would have to make a marker for their first insider trade, even if there has been no early warning report issued and no SEDI opening balance?

Perhaps the accumulation everyone has been talking about has led to another 10%+ shareholder?
