Here is the response from Christopher Chu. What I understand is that we have at least two new patents pending!

'' I spoke too soon. The scoop is the number from the MDA is correct. The patent number just changed.

The reasons were they let some of the patents expire as they were so old that it didn’t make sense for them to keep it as it wasn’t pertinent to their current R&D and POET.''
