Black candlestick??

"Very bad black candlestick today." says the Vet.

I'm sorry, but I thought this indicator was only bad when the closing price is below the mid-point between open and closing prices of the previous day. That would mean .47 seems to me. We were not even close to this. Is this not correct?

Regardless, so much more happening than a tech analysis can tell me thinks.
