Are these 800K options already included in the outstanding share count? Or are these newly released and in addition to the previously reported FD shares? If they are included, does it significantly change anything for investors? And as they are options, does that not mean he would have to buy them from the company at a specified price? If the option price is $0.40 (for example) does that not mean $320K income for the company?
