If someone is given the title of VP Operations to me this spells out the fact that going forward there will be operations to run. This to me seems as though they are lining themselves up for what's to come post milestone achievements.

I think that Mr. Gagnon, based on his track record, is a good selection for the task at hand.

I would have liked however to have heard a little bit more as to where they stand on achieving those milestones however.
