"S, you know we got something unique here. You know we are on to something. Why don't you join us? How does V.P. Operations sound? We really need someone to deal with the PDA's and co-ordinate with out fab partners."

"P, POET seems to be a great paradigm shift which could really be the next major tech - and I think I want to be a part of that history. Tell you what, I'll agree to join your SSC to help you out, and lets re-visit the V.P. thing when I can see how my initial discussions go in the field. Sound fair?
