FJ,

It is 5 calendar days for insider transactions, but it is 10 calendar days to file the fact that one has become an insider for the first time.

Insider reports

• initial insider report - • Within 10 days of becoming an insider

• report of insider trade -• Within 5 days of transaction

• issuer event report - • Within 1 business day
