I think you are right FJ, unless it is a deal that takes full control of poet, then i would think poet is still going to need the flexability to carry on with business as usual. I would be very surprised if they would let one company or one deal stop them from carrying on with there full objectives unless the first company was to buy them out and then they would have the say on what gets released or not. other wise i am sure poet is going to have there say in what gets released, These are very smart people , i have the confidence in there ability to get the job done, and i am also aware there is going to be obsicles to overcome when there is another company, or companies involved, they to will be resolved.
