The share price means everything? I am sorry, but I'd like to disagree.
Without news, the share price does not more than reflect the market participants' expectations – not more. Some people here (like me) have hight expectations with regards to the technology, and these hold or buy. Others are worried because e.g. they feel a lack of news, and they sell.
Other people do not sell right away, but they get scared when the share price drops, expect more dropping and sell in order to save their profits or limit their losses. Thus the share price influences expectations, and expectations influence the share price, both in a very complex manner. It has a lot to do with psycological effects. Technical analysis tries to find repeating pattern and to make forecasts based on them.
However, what exactly is going on behind the scenes regarding 100 nm, PDA, etc., – or anything we haven't heard about yet – cannot influence the share price as long as we don't know about them (insider knowlegde left aside). Still these issues behind the scenes mean something, don't they?
I believe they do, and I believe they do mean a lot more than the daily share price fluctuations/manipulations!
Bottom line: The share price might mean something, but it does not mean everything.
