The possibility of further dilution down the road is the main issue here (other than the fact that these delays could be associated with some technical issues which would be a much larger problem - i hope not). We've already experienced it a few times as the original dates in the CP published a few years back for these milestones (except for 100nm which is new) were to be completed over a year ago, approximately. Some people are forgetting here that the most recent delays are already on delays of delays. In fact, complete monolithic integration of all components was originally slated for Q2-2013 (and I can't remember if that was a version with the dates moved back already). Ouch...
