Yes, reprioritizing is one strategy of trying to get around or justify delays. News about the new 100nm milestone came fairly late in the 3rd quarter. Those milestones were to be completed in the 3rd quarter. Funny how the blame goes to the reprioritization vs the reality that they were never going to get done in the first place. One of them is at a third party fab as well. What would that have to do with 100nm anyway? Whats the purpose of trying to cover it up? We have all come to terms with the significant delays (original full integration was to be completed in Q3 2012). There is no spin you can put on it, just look at the hard facts, and accept or don't accept.
