I dont think anyone will take a run at POET until the tech is proven.

When proven, the sp will rise. IMO.

If the SRP gives shareholders 60 days to accept an offer, or not, that gives POET time to release more news, prove more tech, and raise the value further. That assumes they have all the ducks lined up,...

I am hoping we get the SRP proposal soon.
