Dash8400, by "buyers that matter" I mean buyers that matter to the share price considerably, i.e. investors with pockets full of money like e.g. investment funds. They are not primarily interested in technological stuff like Si versus GaAs as such, at least not until POET catches their attention on their own levels of interest, e.g. a merger or a partnership with one of the big semiconductor companies or by financial key data that fit into their schemes. Needless to say that we don't have a partnership yet, and POET's numbers are way off!
Only when a Big One announces a partnership with POET, our little company will get on their radar, and only then they will want to learn that GaAs is way cool and makes faster, cheaper, and less power-consuming devices.
Until then we have to have this thing called patienceā¢.
