Market cap was a few hundred million when purchased for $3.2B.

NEST was on one of the OTC markets when purchased.

When a big company really wants a tech and sees it game changing, rational thought can disappear. Especially when one has a war chest of cash and/or stock.

I love this purchase. It shows me that it is posisble POET can get more than I think in a liquidity event.

It is all about Peter and team getting back in front of all the big players with 100NM, test chip, white paper, design kit, and performance + power metrics (benchmark results).

Peter/Lee/Adam and team: Please extend the global road show as long as you can. Let's not leave any stone unturned - and hit the top 20 players in the industry.
