Management has been in a blackout for nearly a year. AFAIK nobody inside the company can buy or sell their shares.

This is one of a couple of reasons I think POET has been working closely with another 3rd party possibly going as far back as the MS3 announcement or soon after.

The other reason I think POET is likely working with a commercial partner is the addition of the RF milestone, and the advance of MS6. These changes were likely at the request of an interested partner. If this is true, and since such a partnership hasn't been announced I don't think anyone in POET could buy without getting nailed for insider trading.
