Great find IAS. If that's true, they might actually be farther along than we thought. I also doubt they'd take the time and expense to fund another 3-4 month endeavour if they didn't already have MS 5&7 ready to go, and the 100nm issue close.

There will be people here saying "that's witholding material information", but Dr Taylor can decide to get proper 3rd party confirmations whenever he deems fit. He may be satisfied that progress is complete, but that doesn't mean it's material news until there's validation.
