The burn rate at this point and since the beginning of the year has been a serious concern of mine. My expectation is that if they are looking to only then get a valuation update for the company (around the same time additional financing is needed), that some form of military deal has been forged in the interim allowing for a cash injection without further diluting shareholder value.

That in my opinion would be sound management. Whether or not this is achieved time will tell.
