You need to give your head a shake. The market cap is around 100 million and you are talking about a $10 billion buyout right now? You are talking about the best of best case scenarios here which any sound investor wouldn't expect to highly and use as a basis. Can it happen? YES... expect it... NO, its not wise.

Did you factor in a more realistic price for a buyout (say $2-3 billion) further dilution from having a partner and any other surprises which haven't been revealed yet? We've already been diluted by roughly 50% or so over the last few years - where will it be in a few years?
