It is a very good sign first step towards $70 traget...

We all predicting things correctly but timeline was wrong.. Sooner or later things are happening...

Lot of people here said if the stock price goes above $0.67 prior to MS5 NR... we all expected that to happen 2013 Q2/Q3 ... it is happening but different time frame.

Putting all the pieces together we can say that Management is moving in the right direction and they will bring the stock up to $3-5 range before any take over talks.
