I think things have changed. I don't think they are on the same path to sell the company and so the PP. They are on another path I beleive to monetize the technology but keep the company which will be worth much more. Pinetree will be directly more involved in any deals and so the new director. The PP is done. Why is it so easy to sell stock now? News will flow when PP is completed.
