Was this POET actively seeking a cash infusion, or was it the buyer trying to take a position or adding to a position while the price was in the .50's & .60's? Because there are two very differing outlooks there...one, the company needing the cash, vs the company deciding they couldn't turn down the cash.

As has been theorized here in the past, might this be a potential partner taking a position? The NR doesn't really offer much in the way of specifics there.
