I was thinking the same thing today oogee, why would anyone issue that odd of a number of shares, seems weird, I think you have something with the 5 mil dollar value, the only things I can think off is something to do with uconn, maybe they want some upfront cash to help the royalty negotiation along, or speed it up, just a thought.
