If they had any integrity they would have issued an apology and better reasoning behind the move and at the very least an acceleration clause on a half warrant. As usuual we are dealing with board members who have, in most cases, yet to put a dime into this company. They don't see the problem with it because it is not their money.
Good point Rick!
This PP blindsided all of us here. I would have liked to seen management/BOD put their money where their mouths are, by exercising their cheap options and providing any necessary funds to the company via this method.
Yet Mrs Shepherd thinks we should not expect to get "rich" off of someone else's hardwork. Shareholders are the ones funding the company, not the BOD/management. I work hard to earn that money and expect to make a 'significant' ROI on this speculative investment. It is being pitched as a disruptive technology, therefore it should be " disruptive" to my investment portfolio and make me much better off.
I too feel betrayed by the BOD and management, but NOT in the " disruptive technology" called POET. Thus the reason I am still here.
Sorry for the rant! Had to get it off my chest. LOL.
