Andrea, I don't pay a lot of attention to this bickering about this last PP.

Some people complain "Will why didn't they offer the PP to the shareholders? Will I'm wiling to bet the retail shareholders (and we shouldn't be worried about anyone else) had every opportunity to get shares at a lot less then $.65 and most of us have a average of much less then that, and we wouldn't be partisapating in any of the PP. So why do we get our shorts in a knot when someone else with money is willing to pay more then we did for those shares? If anything it puts a whole lot of confidence and creditbiity in our POET and it's prospects of making it bigtime and it gives stability to the company and the share price.

I'm also willing to bet that the believers here are pretty well taped out because we have invested in this technoogy and company as much as we possiby can.

If the pp it's 3% or 4 % dilution and can help me get there then I don't mind settling for $67 bucks a share as opposed to $70. I think you'd be happy with $67/share wouldn't you?
