Because of copyright issues it should be submitted by the original author. As for the new issue I was at agm and it was clearly related that no more funding would be required!!!! However , mgt is facing changing challenges from day to day. Thus I can forgive the new issue. I do not like it but I trully believe to be for our good in the end. I continue to be very positive that we are not to far away from many goal being accomplished that is going to lead to price explosion. Do your own dd and keep your eye on the big picture!!!!
