We may get news any minute now - we all know this can turn in an instant. It is a big risk for anyone to be out of this name...

If things run stagnant for a few days, and they hold news off, Feb 12th/13th will be a key date for things to open back up (end of PP period).

PP may be a short term reason for this to trade sideways ...those in know realize this PP is fully booked so it really should not drag the SP unless someone who is in on the PP is selling to buy back into the issue.
