This is not correct. This PP will add $5 million to the value of the company. Dilution still happens because the price of the new shares ($0.65) is lower than the market price. Well, at least at this moment it is.

If the correction continues and the market price gets down to $0.65 or even lower, no dilution would happen. However, I doubt that those of us who complained about dilution would be happier then.
