It's not so much an outright revolt, it's that the TSX would not approve it. I believe the rule is that the maximum PP discount to market price is 25% when it is publicly announced So it was trading at .84 when they announced it to the market. A 25% discount would put it at .63. They gave us a break on 2 cents :)
