PP as poison pill protection?

This PP could be a poison pill protection but could also be part of a take over strategy.

If this technology is so hot and I think it is, we can expect a consortium made of deep pocket investors, to step into this arena. These anon purchases could be part of it. And now this incognito PP??? Money leaves a trace, why can`t we know who got this sweet deal?.

This scenario could be a replication of the MDG - Philip Morris coup. If you remember, the board voted in favor of getting rid of the small investors.

In the mean time I continue to accumulate hoping to still have my shares in 2019. I give this a 50-50 chance only.

Am I unduly paranoiac?
