Is there a down side to a higher sp. From a buyers perspective, yes. If you own x number of shares and want a higher number of shares before things really take off, you can sell into the bid until the price drops where stop losses trigger or panic ensues and mass selling occurs. Be patient and start buying as the selling continues and lo and behold you have more than what you had. It's not easily done and risky. If there is a wolf in the bushes who is willing to buy a wack at market you'd be out in the wind and have to chase the shares you just sold. Most individuals do not have a large enough position to play this game. It's usually large houses with pooled resources. Like most on this board I am a little fish holding until monetization and hopefully a whale decides to gobble us up at a gigantic premium from present value. The valuation will help determine that number but even that can be a starting point if a bid/feeding frenzy ensues. Good luck to us all Derek
