Although there is always a possibility they are sold, lock, stock and barrel before the AGM. Ideally I would prefer they reach the 100nm with the fully integrated monolithic chip completed. This give the company a "whole package" to show the world. There would not be any need for forward looking statements that leave doubts for developers and investors alike. I hope POET is allowed to complete this and THEN, let the bidding begin. I am part of the $70/share club but one never knows, in the right environment that number may just be conservative.
