Hartford Business has a short article about yesterday's news release:

Semiconductor company modifies UConn licensing pact

Unfortunately they have a major point wrong, since the royalty POET has to pay to UConn is not reduced by 3 percent but to 3 percent (from originally 30 percent).

Oh, well!
