For anyone that sees posts on stockwatch and want to read or access it right away, or to just check out the site, you can actually sign up over and over again for the 30-day trial subscription. You might need a new email each time now but you didn't in the past. I used it when I used to trade more back in the day.

To answer the question as "The Waiting Game" pointed out already, I believe it's just a trigger that PNP reached that automatically generates a NR which Pinetree has to sign, etc... You can all read it on Sedar, it's just a formality.
