In the grand scheme of things this miniscule insider sell is irrelevent.

Clearly LP has been tight for funds over the last year or so due to the company loan he took out and recently paid off.

Perhaps he needed to sell a small position to pay off an LOC he had to take out to pay off the company loan..... !

We'll never know and we shouldn't care ... it's his business.

It is better to look at the big picture : massive position taken by SI and Pinetree in the last PP. Huge upward pressure on the stock recently. Institutional trucks backing up to load up stock on the open market. PTK forging forward in the strategic plan.

LP's tiny sell ..... So What :o)
