vs. uplisting directly from OTCQX, graduating from TSXV to TSX might be a more frugal manouvre, since the expense for ancillary requirements (audits, lawyers, etc.) may be more attainable in the short term.
the path to cross-listing thereafter from TSX to NASDAQ should then also be easier? (ie, big-board to big-board...)
just a thought.
