Not sure where that money is going to come from TWG...certainly not from the latest PP as it wasn't mentioned. Perhaps a deal with BAe could secure the funds required to do the paperwork, but that remains to be seen.

They may not be mutually exclusive, but in my opinion, they are, at least in the near term.
