I'm not familiar with the processes involved in uplisting but it certainly makes sense to consider a single step up-listing as opposed to the larger jump to the NASDAQ.

When they get to the TSX and are successful there, the NASDAQ will be an easy no-brainer....in fact, they will probably beg POET to list with them.
