I am not sure if the market is grasping how important this news release was, this just removed a large amount of the risk in the technology itself, now it is more about the business part of it, and should let poet focus more on that knowing that the technology has been validated, and stamped with BAE's name, this is huge.

There is always going to be risk, it is just a lot easier to sell a product then it is to build a product to sell.
