Actually this if from a reputable newsletter that does not pump penny stocks. They very rarely even touch anything like this because there research and wealth building is mostly only geared to growing your portfolio through investing into high end dividend paying and increasing dividend payment stocks.

Your probably right about it not being POET but I found it interesting.
