Great news about the completion of MS5; congratulations Dr. Taylor and team!

We are now pushed to the end of Apr. for the 100nm MS8....I know, these things slide, but this one has continued to slide for some time now. This statement bothers me a little:

"Short channel considerations are being addressed with new innovations, and the critical step of isolating source-drain and gate contacts with oxygen implantation is nearing completion."

Not sure why they are going to "new innovations" to solve the problems here, although I do understad that there is a lot of "new" stuff under the hood of POET.

Hope today is unlike the previous update trading days where the s/p collapsed on news....
