TWG that's a lot of warrants and that's a lot of shares. It's also a lot of mula for POET when excercised.

But it's not a lot of shares for what POET has to offer. I like what Fj had to say about the warrants and what's happening (or basicaly the way it works)

A lot of these warrant shares are being gobbled up(distributed to major players and instatutions). Without them there wouldn't be a lot of tradable shares out there. In the long term it will work just fine, in the short term we could have a share price a lot higher if we never had to contend with any of this warrant stuff. But it's there and it a fact of life. When you make a deal(warrants) you have to live up to that deal and it's dillution dosen't matter how you cut it. Anyway more patience, the world is unfolding as it was meant to.
