Using those numbers, it's not out of the realm of reality that 3-4 companies team up with 25 BILLION each.

I've said this a million times. By going through the motions of a licencing route, PTK management allows itself the opportunity to gain huge leverage. They may be saying they'll license and so on, but they'll more than likely attract offers regardless. There may come a point when they simply can't say no. Big tech is spending. And in this case, I have no problem with someone else having a monopoly if the result is a monster, jaw dropping offer. Because that's what we're talking about here. 500 billion ANNUAL semi conductor business, 400 billion ANNUAL military tech business.
