Regarding the early exercise of warrants, that is certainly unusual. However, sometimes warrants are callable by the issuer (POET), such that if the share price achieves a certain average price over, say, 30 days, the issuer has the right to tell the warrant holder - exercise within the next "x" days (maybe 10-30), or the warrant will expire. I haven't seen the warrant document, so it's merely a guess, but those type of provisions are not all that unusual. Figured one of you might be able to put his finger on one of those warrant docs, if they are on SEDAR, I'd be happy to read the bloody thing!

Disclosure: have been in POET since about .40, been reading this board more and more in the last month, have absolute zero technical knowledge about POET's business, but do have too many years experience in stock trading (and, in the last 15 years, handicapping message boards!).

Good luck to all longs!
