Keep in mind that Sheldon owns a very significant number of shares and if he doesn't want to sell I doubt the company will be sold.

I am old enough to understand greed and I know I don't like it. It would be a shame if I couldn't will some shares to my children so they could enjoy some profits as well, but if that's what the shareholders choose to do, so be it.
