WK, only the candle and RSI are bearish.

MACD, Williams, Volume/Price, 10, 40, and 100-day trend, as well as 15, 45, and 100-day MA are all bullish.

Stochastics are neutral.

( ... not that TA is worth much for a venture stock. )
