There will of course be dillution if the warrants get exercised. We obviously want them to be exercised otherwise that means the SP is below. Obviously it depends when they get exercised but I'd rather them get exercised now than at a much higher price.

If we get bought out all those warrants are exercised so what's the difference. Difference is we have cash to Poet now to use without diluting more through a PP
