The warrants will be exercised sooner or later anyway – at least most likely. Therefore I think the dilution is incorporated in the share price already.

And sooner is better than later, because POET has the money now, increasing the company's value. Which should have a positive impact on the share price – at least theoretically. But as we have to see, other factors dominate the share price these days.
